This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are currently seeking someone with high levels of technical expertise and project management experience to join us as a Project Manager. The main purpose of this role is to work with the Assets Team, IT Team and the wider business to successfully implement an integrated systems architecture and data model that support the effective management of the company’s assets.

 

Within this role your main responsibilities will include:

 

●     Assisting with the development and delivery of a clear and detailed project and risk plan that support the effective implementation of systems and processes.

●     Ensuring that agreed approaches are fully integrated and capable of meeting both current and future business requirements.

●     Be a champion for the critical importance of high quality data, system integration and user experience.

●     Ensuring that effective training and support is in place to enable the implementation and ongoing utilisation and maximisation of system capability.

●     Reviewing current policies, operational procedures, processes and working collaboratively to drive change, business improvements and outcomes.

 

Our ideal candidate will:

 

●     Have experience of project managing a complex IT system review and implementation programme.

●     Hold a recognised Project Management qualification or equivalent.

●     Have experience of procuring new IT systems.

●     Be experienced in supporting, advising and training staff with regards to the implementation of new systems.

●     Be a strong communicator with the skills to influence and shape the business.

●     Knowledge of current housing related IT systems would be advantageous.
